The staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough to help us with the local area and train times due to a rail strike in Belgium. Will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Gent! "

"The staff went above and beyond to fullfil all my needs. The temperature in the room was rather cold (very cold weather outside) and I couldn't figure out how the air con works. The receptionist listened to me carefully and then then sent someone to only adjust the temperature in the room but left an additional heating unit in my room should if I need it. the only reason I gave 4 starts for comfort was the noise from outside. The location is central and I had a wonderful view from my room. It was just a bit loud. Maybe should have brought earplugs. Apart from that, both receptionists I had the pleasure of talking to were extremely welcoming, nice and polite. Really appreciate it, thank you! :)"
