The staff only speak Spanish but with google translate and sign language it's easy to understand each other. It's about an 3/4 hour from Madrid by metro which is easy to use. "Second time of staying having booked through Hotels.com. Both times hotel had no record of our booking. Unclear where the fault lay. Luckily a room was available each time as out of season. Hotel and rooms need refurbishment."
