- NOTE: The on-site Kennebec River access is not monitored. Swim at your own risk
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features an external security camera located on the top of the red door facing the front entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera only records video when activated by motion
- NOTE: 4WD/AWD is recommended during the winter months due to the steep driveway
- NOTE: There are no docking/launching docks on-site. The water can be safely accessed at high tide on the left side of the property facing the river
- NOTE: Guests will need to bring their own wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the grill, if needed
