Endlich mal wieder Urlaub
Es waren wunderschöne Urlaubstage zum entspannen. Die Unterkunft (kleines Häuschen)war super! Sehr sauber, funktional modern eingerichtet und schön ruhig! Vermieterin war sehr nett!! Anbindung zu Sehenswürdigkeiten( Bahn , Bus )super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Wir kommen gen wieder!!!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit allem drum und dran. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vor allem die Anbindung ins Zentrum oder auch Richtung Sächsische Schweiz waren sehr gut. Zum Einkaufen gab es auch alles in der Nähe. Alles bestens.

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche im Oktober. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Dresden und in die Sächsische Schweiz. Guter Grundriss, praktische Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Und dank Fußbodenheizung eine angenehme Wärme an kühlen Herbst gen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist schön, ruhig und gut eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht, findet man auch. Sie liegt ca. 20 Minuten mit den Öffis vom Zentrum entfernt. Kleinzschachwitz, mit Restaurants und Biergärten sind in 6 Minuten per Bus und 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu entfernt. Zu den Haltestellen braucht man ein bzw. drei Minuten, ebenso zu einem sehr guten Bäcker und einen guten Supermarkt. Nette Vermieterin. Wir wollen wiederkommen

Idyllischer, ruhiger Rückzugsort vor den Toren Dresdens
Die Ferienwohnung war richtig super! Innen ist sauber und gemütlich, in der kleinen Küche gibt es alles, was es braucht und der kleine Garten ist richtig heimelich, geschützt und ruhig. Ich hatte eine ganz wnuderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung und komme gern wieder wenn ich einmal in Dresden bin.

Sehr ungepflegte Terrasse, Glasdach total vergrünt und mit Baumzweigen zugewachsen! In der Dusch. bzw. Badewanne sollten Antirutschmatten oder Aufkleber eingesetzt werden, da es beim Duschen sehr rutschig wird!! Schade ist, leider keinen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück!

Tolles kleines Häuschen in DD
tolles kleines Häuschen in Dresden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit Dynamo Dresden, Rammstein und der Sächsischen Schweiz und mit der Schwiegermutter, die um's Eck wohnt. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Zugegeben die Großbaustelle nebenan ist etwas nervig, stört aber eigentlich nur, wenn man wochentags auf der Terrasse sitzen möchte, eigentlich ist man ja eh den ganzen Tag in Dresden und Umgebung unterwegs und hoffentlich ist die Schule dann mal fertig renoviert :-) Dafür hat man viel Platz (wir waren zu dritt). Internet funktioniert super. Fernseher ist Prime, Disney und Netflix-fähig. Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Bad mit Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Unsere Auszeit war perfekt.

Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt,alles wie es sein soll. Kurze Wege zum Bäcker und Einkaufscenter. Im Haus alles modern und ordentlich. Wir kommen vielleicht wieder 😎👍

Ferienhaus war gut, sauber und gute Ausstattung. Treppe zum Schlafzimmer wird sehr eng und im Hintergrund des Grundstückes ist eine Schule, deswegen bei Genauigkeit weniger Punkte.

Verkehrsgünstig im ruhigen Stadtteil mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( prima Bäcker gegenüber ) gelegen. Parken kein Problem. Unterkunft sauber und warm.

Da die Unterkunft verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig liegt, waren wir viel mit dem eigenen Fahrrad und auch mit der Bahn in Dresden und Umgebung unterwegs. Durch den freundlichen Empfang von Frau Thoß und der gut eingerichteten Wohnung, haben wir uns schnell wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gut geführtes, sehr sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Haus. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Die Anbindung an den Personennahverkehr ist sehr gut. Wir haben den Pkw während unseres Aufenthalts nicht benötigt.

Trotz des nicht so optimalen Wetters, war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Ruhige Gegend. Leider war im Nachbarhaus eine Baustelle, die uns morgens geweckt hat. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffis. Alles in allem ein erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und für 3 Personen ausreichend. Die Haltestellen für den ÖPNV sind nah, so dass man schnell in Dresden und Umgebung ist. Auch das nahe Einkaufszentrum ist ein Pluspunkt. Die angebotenen Fahrräder standen leider nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Der Checkout war leider sehr unpersönlich. Der Baulärm war sehr störend, dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts.

Empfehlung!
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nix. Die Baustelle hinterm Haus stört höchstens die Langschläfer ein wenig, aber da kann die Vermieterin nichts dafür. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum (ca. 12 km) hat uns nicht gestört, wie sind mit dem Rad wunderbar unterwegs gewesen. ÖPNV gibt’s direkt vorm Haus. Wie gesagt, Empfehlung!
