At the heart of the quiet district of Striesen the city center 4km distant is easily reached by car, bicycle or tram. Diese Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Lediglich die Mikrowellenfunktion ist z.Zt. nicht verfügbar. Wegen aufwendiger Wärmedämmung und Dreifachverglasung bleiben in dem Niedrigenergiehaus alle Straßengeräusche draußen. Immer wieder

Eine sehr schöne Fewo, modern, sauber und auch sehr ruhig gelegen. Bäcker ist in 3min zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermarkt/ Straßenbahn innerhalb von 10min. Es gibt keinen Minuspunkt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir sind 50+ und waren mit einem befreundetem Pärchen, für 3 Tage in Dresden. Die Ferienwohnung war auf dem neusten Stand. Alles top sauber und auch alles was man braucht vorhanden. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Küchen -geräte, wenn man selber kochen möchte. Der Gastgeber war auch sehr freundlich und wir konnten auch früher einchecken. In ruhiger Lage. Straßenbahn gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Weiter so.👍👍👍

Sehr schöner Rammstein Konzertaufenthalt 👍
Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Küche und co. waren super ausgestattet. Nur ein ganz kleiner Makel waren die etwas zu großen Teller die nicht in die Spülmaschine gepasst haben😂. Aber sonst wirklich alles top. Würde ich aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen und nochmal wieder kommen. Der Bäcker direkt ums Eck war top. Kaufland war auch recht nah, und Straßenbahn Haltestellen waren auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist top modern eingerichtet und sauber. Sowohl im Bett als auch auf dem Schlafsofa hat man gut geschlafen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Optimale Ferienwohnung in Dresden
Ruhige Ferienwohnung nahe der Uni-Klinik, nur wenige Autominuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgten problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt ausgestattet und gut durchdacht. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, aber nicht zu weit ab vom Schuss. Wir waren sehr positiv angetan und werden das nächste Mal wieder hier buchen.

Absolut zufrieden
Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung und dem Vermieter gewesen. Positiv zu erwähnen sind hier insbesondere die Flexibilität und Zugewandtheit des Vermieters. Eine Reise, die coronabedingt nicht wie geplant angetreten werden konnte, wurde problemlos verschoben. Vielen Dank noch einmal an die Vermieter. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe konnte absolut flexibel gestaltet werden. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir waren eine Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Die Wohnung diente uns vor allem als Rast-und Ruheplatz, wir waren ansonsten viel draußen. Dafür hat uns auch die Größe der Wohnung gereicht. Zwei Erwachsene hätten hier sehr gut Platz und Ruhe. Die Wohnung war für uns gut gelegen. Von hier aus gelangt man mit den Öffentlichen schnell in die Stadt oder den Großen Garten. In die andere Richtung ging es auf kurzem Weg zu den Elbwiesen oder zum Waldpark. Eine Tram in die Neustadt war auch in der Nähe zu finden. Wer allerdings eine Ferienwohnung in Stadtmitte sucht oder auf oder von den Elbhängen schauen möchte ist in dieser Ferienwohnung falsch. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit Ein-und Mehrfamilienhäusern. Für uns völlig in Ordnung. Anzumerken ist vielleicht, dass die Ferienwohnung durch eine relativ steile Außentreppe zu erreichen ist und einer dementsprechenden physischen Verfassung bedarf. Mit Koffer, Einkäufen und Anderthalbjährigem hatten wir manchmal ein paar Herausforderungen. Die Kinder selber hätten sich über ein paar nahe Outdoorspielmöglichkeiten gefreut. Aber ein Spielplatzplan lag zum Glück auch in der Ferienwohnung. Grundsätzlich hatten wir in der Ferienwohnung eine schöne Zeit und würden sie auch gern weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
