This beautiful apartment is on the ground floor of a quietly situated house on the outskirts of Dresden. The city centre is approx. 8 km away. The flat has a terrace and the garden features a heated communal swimming pool that can by used in the summer. The garden is ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. Children can romp to their heart's content and choose between a variety of play equipment. The flat's location is ideal for exploring the city of Dresden and its attractive surroundings. Experience the baroque old town, enjoy a concert or visit one of the many museums. Sehr enttäuscht
Zuerst das positive: Die Wohnung ist schön, groß und gut geschnitten. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut und wirklich ruhig. Zum Bäcker sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Leider mussten wir schon gleich bei der Ankunft die Vermieter bitten noch Bad und Küche nachzuputzen. Das Waschbecken schien gar nicht geputzt zu sein und auch auf der Toilette waren noch Spuren des Vormieters. In der Küche schaut man am besten nicht in die Schränke. Alle Türen waren um den Türgriff herum ca. 20cm schwarz und klebrig. Auch die ehemals gelbe Couch ist so schmutzig, dass es schon eklig ist. Am schlimmsten fanden wir die Betten. Kissen und Zudecke strömen trotz frischer Bettwäsche den Geruch von Schweiß und Dreck unzähliger Vorbenutzer aus. Auf unsere Beanstandung hin wurde nur abgewinkt. Der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt und die Spielgeräte kaputt. Sehr schade, wohlfühlen ist anders.
