"This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm. From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night. Very quaint. Dinners and breakfasts were good as well. I did find they didn't speak much English and catered more to older German clients. Oh and it does have a nice view of Stromboli at night "

"Great hotel with an amazing restaurant and superb room Really friendly reception staff Lovely pool Cool hot tub, shame I don’t know how to work them 😂😂 Out of town but walkable Restaurant food does not cater for English, so if you are in to that it could be a problem BUT we loved the food"

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "We had a wonderful stay at the Marasusa complex in Parghelia. We found the apartment a little ‘tired’ and under equipped - a small saucepan, garlic press, larger dinner plates and better cutlery knives would help. The towels provided were clean but seemed very old and the pillows should have had pillow protectors on them. "Functional apartment with sea view and patio. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals. Comfortable mattresses and a fabulous pool area were the highlights for us. Great location to visit spectacular beaches and very responsive owner and property manager. The property has one single AC unit in the kitchen. But it is sufficient to efficiently cool down the entire home. The internet is fast and stable. Thanks Jason for a great vacation."
