"I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. So it was a place where I was able to rest and then gather energy for the busy days ahead, exploring. So I would stay again if I were to...

"The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"

"The staff at Heliotel are the best: helpful, informative, professional, brand loyal and discreet. Check in was seamless and staff dealt with a few room issues well and fairly. Customer service must be their goal which is superb. From the cleaning staff to the front desk, the staff are superb. Over a decade of coming here for often long periods, the staff and service at Heliotel make my decision to return easy. The apartment in November was warm.
