- A (private, unheated) 8x4m fully fenced swimming pool open from June to end of September. The opening dates are non-contractual.

The house is ideally located in Draguignan in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes by car from the city centre of Draguignan and Lorgues. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 7 vehicles.
