We had a great stay at Elisa’s property. It was a perfect location for us, and check in and out was very easy.

Communication was great. Location wasn't great. Dangerous driveway both entering and leaving. It wasn't clear what areas of the property we could use with our dog. Ended up driving to Peddlers Village to walk at night.
The entire house was super clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The only difficulty we had was a finding the driveway, so I might suggest a clearer sign for the home, but otherwise, we had a wonderful time. It's in the perfect area for activities in New Hope. We would definitely stay there again.
We had a great stay with our dogs! So happy we found this place right near Peddler's Village! Place was clean plenty of room and all that you need! We will be back for sure love the area! It was an easy process from check in to check out!

My sister, my niece, a friend who is like a sister, and I stayed at Peddlers Carriage House this past weekend and had a lovely experience. The accommodations were very spacious, there was plenty of room for all, and the owner was very responsive. In addition, the owner provided delicious cookies, tea, and coffee, which was a lovely surprise. We would definitely stay here again!
The house was adorable and very clean and supplied with everything we need. The only problem is we planned to come with motorcycles and the driveway entrance would have been awful for cycles. Fortunately for us, it rained and we came in a car.
We stayed in this lovely home while in town to attend a wedding. It was super clean, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The host was easy to work with, was kind enough to leave out delicious cookies, tea, and coffee, and made the place completely spotless for our arrival. I love that the home is historic and was originally a carriage house! The area is so cute, too, with so many shops, restaurants, and things to do. We definitely hope to return someday soon. Thank you for a lovely stay in your charming and spacious home!
My family and I (all adults) stayed for a few nights while attending a wedding in the area. The house is spacious and clean, with definitely enough room for all three of us and our dog. The driveway was a little tricky coming from one direction because it's at a sharp angle and there's speedy traffic on the road, but we got the hang of it. The location is amazing for going to New Hope or Lambertville, and there's great shopping and dining within minutes. I would recommend it to a friend for a weekend visit. :)
Overall, the house had plenty of room. It was a pleasant home. The owner immediately responded when we couldn't turn on the heat. It is definitely secluded and was great for my son's dog. I would ask the owner to provide a dresser and a mirror in each of the bedrooms to accommodate her guests. Also, a lamp or some floor lighting other than overhead in the living area would have been better. And, instructions on how to navigate the TV would have been better. Overall, I give the stay a 4 star review.
All in all good. Very quick to respond to my request for no strong laundry soaps or fragrances. Clean home with comfortable beds. Skylights a nice touch. Lovely little stream.
The driveway is very hard to find and could use some work at the entrance since it is off a busy road and there is a fairly steep short drop into the property. We all chose to take a right out of the driveway when leaving the property because of this.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Felt like a mobile home
The driveway has two entrances, both on a busy road, but one entrance is narrow, unkempt, and downright dangerous and the other is fine. The owners pettily made a sign to use the dangerous one only and then came to yell at us when we used the safer entrance. The home itself felt like a mobile home, no charm even though they could play it up with its history. Also it’s in Doylestown, not New Hope (although they list it as New Hope and gave us an address saying New Hope lol). Pros, right by peddlers village and it’s kinda clean. However, would not recommend for the price.

Disappointing
Cute house, great location, comfy beds. Place is not well maintained. Stove was dirty with large spill on bottom of oven that smoked badly when it started to pre-heat. Filled the house with thick smoke. Crank-style windows were difficult to open - if they could be opened at all. Microwave was dirty. Slow drains in bathroom tub and sink. Upper bedrooms had a sewer smell when the doors were closed. Driveway entrance is difficult to see and to navigate coming off a busy road, especially at night. There is a more convenient driveway, but it is blocked off.
As this is the first review, I’ll try to be somewhat detailed. I was looking for a quiet, uncluttered place for a writing weekend and this fit the bill.
The location is great, only half mile from Peddler’s Village and has decent privacy from the main house.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and little else, but I knew that going in and wasn’t going for anything fancy. The two living rooms both have TVs (with streaming services, not live TV) and couches but I wasn’t there to watch TV.
Having a full kitchen was nice. I found a Giant supermarket within 10 minutes and that made it easy to stay in all day,
The place isn’t fancy but it’s cozy. Would be a great place for a family or a group of friends. There is also a nice outdoor seating area off of one bedroom but it was too cold for me to use it. I also love that they allow dogs for those who have dogs,
The price was very affordable, both the per night fee and the cleaning fee. The place wasn’t spotless but it was very clean.
Owners were very easy to reach but I didn’t see them once during my stay which I actually prefer. They had some snacks in the kitchen and nice toiletries for the bathroom.
To sum up, if you’re looking for modern with a lot of bells and whistles, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for an affordable stay in a great area, nice and quiet, with close proximity to New Hope, this is a great find!
Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn.
