"A Casa Zen é um lugar muito especial, muito aconchegante e com uma administração super humana e preocupada com o bem estar dos hospedes. Eu já fiquei em muitos hostels, inclusive em Ubatuba, e este sem dúvidas foi o mais especial. O café da manha é de surpreender, muito melhor do que de hotéis e pousada, posso garantir… os voluntários (em especial Agustina e Tali) são super energia para cima e receptivas… sem falar nos cachorrinhos e os gatos que deixam o ambiente ainda mais familiar. "O casal que nos atendeu foi bastante solícito e simpático. A pousada é diferente, exótica, eu achei interessante, mas peca quanto a limpeza e condições das roupas de cama e banho. O ambiente é familiar, água e cozinha a disposição o tempo todo. Café-da-manhã bem simples: pão, bolacha, requeijão, geleia, manteiga, bolo, panetone, café, leite e suco. O grande inconveniente para mim é que meu quarto ficava ao lado da área de convivência onde ficavam os fumantes."

O casal Isabel e Marcos é extremamente simpático e solícito, facilitando em tudo o que podem. Começaram com o Hostel a pouco tempo, e ainda estão aparando as arestas e colocando a casa em ordem, creio que por esse motivo a limpeza deixou a desejar. "
