I had a fun time here. My room was in a nice location, the atmosphere was amazing. The pools were nice and clean, the music was fun. The dining options are great but some nights the food wasn’t good but that’s to be expected when they are cooking for 500 guests. Other than that I will be back a 3rd time this October.

We went with our 2 kids to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and it was excellent! The staff was very nice, the property was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Food was great! Highly recommend for families.

We arrived after having to get our own transportation, which we had pre-arranged and the hotel lost. When they let me know what room I had, they mentioned there was no window(!) So of course I was charged extra to get a room with a window. Then there was the part about my booking about my reservation not being all-inclusive. Which most of the staff made me uncomfortable about. The hotel is one of the originals, so it's a bit out dated. All in all this was an average stay if not for the beautiful ocean that made up for it. I would not recommend this hotel. And I feel they should let travelers know about rooms without a window. That might be important to someone.

This resort was a very beautiful resort. Each restaurant had fantastic food options. We did not go wrong with any of them. We opted in for the ocean front room which was nice. I loved spending time in the jacuzzi in my balcony. The only draw back in my opinion was the night time entertainment. I think they have room for improvement for the night time activities. After 10:30 the resort became quite and not much to do. So if you are looking for something relaxing slow and laid back this is the perfect place for you. I love laid back but at night I like being out and active which this place did not provide. Overall I would come back here if I was looking for a luxury resort

"Had a wonderful 10 night stay. Staff are exceptional. If you are a beach lover this one is not for you! We are not big on the beach so this suited us just fine. Very close to 5th ave for shopping and night life. Would definitely go back."

"Very clean and just like the pictures on-line. The roof garden and pool amazing the kids loved it. The only thing it needed was parking. We rented a car from the Airport and not having parking was a downside."
