"We rented this property for Thanksgiving week for our family. It was great! We all had our own space and bathrooms to get ready in. The house was clean, kitchen was stocked with all appliances, owner had great communication, and the amenities were a plus! We would definitely book again for another trip! Was an added bonus it was so close to Main Street. "

"This 2 unit property was perfect for our 2 families (9 total) for a holiday trip to ski country. We could get together to celebrate but retreat to our separate units when we needed space. This rental is right on the edge of being a great experience. Walkable to Main St. (big hill) and a 5 minute ride to both Park City and Deer Valley. Keypad entries made it easy for everyone to come and go as desired. Wonderful views from both units. Hardware floors and soaring ceilings in the upstairs unit....

"Can’t beat 119 steps (up) and a 1/2 block walk to the mountain. House was in great condition, so many rooms all with bathrooms. I’m not sure if the owner of the house was responsible but while there in late March we got 48 feet of fresh powder, but I’ll give them credit. Wound stay again!!"

"My wife and I started a 30 day ski through the mountains with a 5-day stay in Park City! The property rented through AvantStay was excellent. Clean, fully stocked with amenities, plenty of towels, clear instructions throughout the property. This particular property was a short 1 minute walk to the middle of Main Street which meant never needed to drive or take an Uber. Although we were just two, the property itself would be even better for a family with older children or multiple couples...

"Great location. Quick walk to Main Street. House was as advertised. Property owner was very accommodating and was engaged to ensure check-in was seamless. They also provided information pertinent to the time of our stay. Recommend the entry concrete slab be repaired; minor, but needed to be mindful on entry/exit. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely come again, and would recommend if you want to visit Park City. "

"There were 6 of us staying at this location in downtown Park City. It’s right on the “main drag” thus provides easy access to shops, restaurants, etc. The only issues we had were that the upstairs toilet leaked at the bottom of the toilet but I am sure that is readily fixable. We did get stuck in the elevator one evening…for about 1/2 hour. You can’t try to stop the door from closing or the elevator shuts down. There is a sign but I think tenants should be warned and a brighter, bigger sign...
