"Easy check-in process. Everything was thoroughly explained with easy to understand instructions. There was a maintenance issue due to extreme cold temperatures, something beyond the control of the hotel. They immediately went to work on it and were so apologetic, even though they had no control over it. We were given an upgrade, a huge upgrade. The rooms were plenty big, the beds comfortable, and it was very, very clean. We will definitely be going back."

"The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay, causing the TV to be unusable. Also, we ran out of hot water after 1 shower. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the view was fantastic. We enjoyed the bar and reading room."
