"I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Whenever I stay here, I feel like I am staying at a friends house. The rooms just feel so homey and cozy. A little bit outdated but I think it lends to the charm of the inn. When you walk in to the main building (there are 3 buildings in total), there is a super cozy library room with a fire place and you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The hotel and rooms are very clean. I have always received great customer service. I really love the location of this hotel as it is within walking distance to the waterfront. This hotel feels like it is a 10 minute walk from almost everything - Spring Garden Road, restaurants, and the VG Hospital. It's in a great location. The only downfall for some people might be that there is not an elevator in any of the 3 buildings. "
