"The weekend was a family get together for us. My daughter stayed with us in our king room with a sofa bed. The mattress was horrible so she decided to just sleep on the skinny couch. I mentioned it to the front desk during check out and she made a note of it and said she would have it taken care of and thanked me for bringing it up to them.
