"The room was disgusting. There was someones old shorts under the bed skirt, and sweat stains on the mattress that were very visible through *hopefully* clean sheets. There was hair left in the shower. Cleanliness 0/10. I slept fully clothed, and actually looked around for bed bugs. All that being said- the staff was pleasant, and we were in a pinch to find some where to sleep on a road trip, so we had to take what we could.... I wish we would have just kept driving."

"The hotel is great. The parking mgmt system is the most ridiculous experience I've ever had. I parked in handicap, got a card on my windshield on paying. I scanned the code and entered my credit card #, immediately my bank called to say I had a weird authorization from a digital game co. in Florida. We put a hold on the card. NO ONE at PMC can help me because I am not an employee with an acct to verify the info! I have wasted hours trying to make sense of this, and now I will have to go to...
