The property is vert clean and maintained. Everything is at a walking distance. Loved the beach access.

Temptations is a super fun adult resort. So much going on at all hrs!

We went with our 2 kids to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and it was excellent! The staff was very nice, the property was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Food was great! Highly recommend for families.

We arrived after having to get our own transportation, which we had pre-arranged and the hotel lost. When they let me know what room I had, they mentioned there was no window(!) So of course I was charged extra to get a room with a window. Then there was the part about my booking about my reservation not being all-inclusive. Which most of the staff made me uncomfortable about. The hotel is one of the originals, so it's a bit out dated. All in all this was an average stay if not for the beautiful ocean that made up for it. I would not recommend this hotel. And I feel they should let travelers know about rooms without a window. That might be important to someone.

This was our first time visiting Haven and we had a wonderful time! We stayed in the Serenity Club and it was worth it with the private check in and butler service. All the restaurants are very good, our favorites were the Asian (since they offer both a hibachi side or sushi side) and the Italian! We LOVE that they have a quiet pool or an activity pool to choose from. It's nice to have the option to choose from, depending on what you want that day. For nightlife, the theater is really nice with excellent shows at night! Our only suggestion is there needs to be more seating, it was hard to pack in there at night and be able to see the show (due to how popular they are). The spa was incredible! Big shout out to David Rojas, his customer service was exceptional. We also want to thank Jose, our waiter at the Italian Restaurant. He went above and beyond to make our dinner so special. Thank you, Haven! We will be back very soon.
