"The property is located outside the city center, 2 km, this makes the stay more pleasant and relax as it is quiet and the property grounds and gardens are beautiful. The views from the hotel are spectacular. We arrived 3 hours early, and were able to check in, as our room was very clean and ready. "Dejé olvidado un artículo de valor en la habitación el día del check-out que desde el momento que me di cuenta me comuniqué con el hotel con la Total confianza de recuperarlo pero sencillamente se perdieron y no hicieron nada al respecto pareciera que no les importa y me parece grave que en el hotel se pierdan las cosas. Personalmente no me da confianza que teniendo la certeza de que están en la habitación una vez habiendo salido de la misma no encuentren y sencillamente se pierdan las cosas....

"Beautiful view of the lake. A little far from the center of Bariloche. A taxi was needed to get around. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were never hot."

"The hotel was ok overall, a bit out of town and not near any restaurants to walk too and the restaurant was closed as they were building a new one. The other difficult was that the actual name of the hotel was not Residencia Pioneros, it was Aldea Andina, which made it incredibly difficult getting a taxi driver to get there."

"Totally recommend this hotel as a retreat out of town. We had an apartment which offered a kitchen and living space where we could host the rest of our party who had smaller rooms. Great restaurant, spa, pool, gym and massage. Cheap Uber into town. Loved Bariloche. Awesome time. "
