"I turned up at the hotel (after a bus journey from Petra ) only to get some excuse from staff about maintenance work in my room!! Truth is, Zaman have a very old booking system and because of their location and price, get over booked. I was then sent by Zaman to their 'sister' hotel the Hotel Arabesque, in a completely different area of Amman. Zaman Ya Zaman, it is 2023!!!! Modernise!!! Zaman could have contacted me to tell me or cancelled my booking earlier...."

"Cons: The building has no elevator. Stairs only. The rooftop was closed. Noisy neighborhood. Slightly uncomfortable beds. Pro: walkable neighborhood. Closr to all historic attraction.
