"Staff is very courteous, friendly and efficient. Albuquerque is somewhat sketchy in terms of crime and safety. The location of this hotel seemed to feel safe. Plenty of parking. It has an Applebee's across the parking lot. Layout of hotel makes it easy to load/unload even if you have a lot of stuff. Rooms clean. "

"It was a fine place to stay for the reasonable price. The breakfast was good everyday. We stayed for 6 nights. There were some noisy guests for 2 of the nights, but the staff did their best to get them to quiet down. Staff was kind and helpful. We would probably stay again the next time we visit family in ABQ. "

"The property was in fair condition and the front desk staff were very helpful, but the floors were dirty when I checked in and staff did not clean anything or make the beds on any of the days I stayed (they only replaced towels). My room included a coffee maker, iron, and ironing board, but these items were missing from the room of one of my traveling companions. His door was also severely dented (as if someone had previously tried to kick in the door)."
