"Night clerk was prompt and efficient in getting me situated with my room. The room was clean, and the bed was a king size, with comfortable pillows and linens. Comfortable quilt. Room had amenities. Only the sink plug was a minor issue ( not connected to the handle. A nicer set of soap and shampoo could improve the experience, but its not a 5 star hotel. A reasonable value "

"The building is well maintained, there was no cigarette smell as is often the case in "non-smoking" hotels. When we arrived to check in, we passed staff members during their smoke break near the entrance. The smoking there was not a problem for us. We waited only briefly until staff entered and helped us.
