Staff’s great!!! Especially the bar tender! Beautiful and very caring of your experience during her shift. She has a warm spirit and great conversationalist. The room had some minor inconveniences. There were no sheers on the window. There was only a Roman shade which I had to keep closed because the room overlooked active construction. The thermostat didn’t allow you to control the AC independently from the heat. So if the room got too warm it would turn on the AC and blow out cold air instead of just turning off the heat. Lastly there were no towel bars in the bathroom.

I had a slight issue when I checked in, but the hotel Manager has since written me a letter explaining the details of what happened. Also, The gentleman that was on duty, when I checked in moved me to another room and I was happy with that. When I come to Dover Delaware, that’s usually my go to hotel of choice and I’ve had no problems throughout the years.

The lobby is under complete reconstruction. As we checked in, there was a sign offering refunds should we not want to stay there. No mention of it when we booked our room, only when we arrived. Too late to go elsewhere. Staff was of no help.
