The property is a very clean and nice place to stay while in Dover. Staff was great! We did not receive any room cleaning because we were only there for 2 nights and I understand. Just wish there were microwave ovens available if not in the rooms. Despite how often I turned up the thermostat in our room, it never felt really warm. The bathrooms could use a soap dispenser in the shower.

Nice and convenient property. Easy check in and nice rooms. Superb staff, from the bellman to the housekeeping staff, all were super helpful, polite and fast! Our toddler did find a pill on the bathroom floor and there was a bit of loose dirt on the bedspread when we arrived. Otherwise, all good. We were surprised that there were literally NO chairs anywhere in the lobby or surrounding areas though. I realize they want people to only sit in the casino, so they're gambling... But, given the much older guests that come there, like my grandma who was traveling with us and uses a walker, there really should be somewhere to rest. It was very difficult for her to make it around the large spaces without stopping, but she couldn't sit. Very frustrating. She was also disappointed that the buffet had closed since she had last been there. (I guess after the pandemic.) Overall, a positive experience though.

LIKE: the property is beautiful. quiet rooms. beautiful rooms. very clean in the outside area. the casino is pretty big, my first time and i loved it! DIDNT LIKE: the bathroom had so much hair on the floor it was obviously not swept. the shower glass door were not cleaned, and the worst...NO MICROWAVE! stayed there for a few days nowhere to reheat my food, for the hotel to be so elegant microwaves should be in the room. advised: managers check after your housekeepers!

I came to the area for a family event. So not sure about the area, but I would say it had soooo many nice restaurants the staff was friendly. The bellman actually ran to my car and helped me out with bags and was super nice. My son left his shoes in the room and we called back to see if they were found but they weren’t. Sad about that because they were 600 dollar shoes. Thought the maid may have found it. But other than that would definitely stay again. The casino staff was so nice. Ans we ate at sugar factory which was amazing. Will definitely come back!
