"Everything was amazing ! The only issue I had was with the desk attendant Elly! I asked her if they had a suite available on a higher floor for my husband’s birthday and she told me no. My room was having a door repaired at time checking in and he said there was one available on the 5th floor he just got done with and he checked with her to see if we could move into that room instead over the walkie. "Went for my wife’s birthday. Hotel was okay…. Nothing fancy. Like the location of being next to 4th Street Live…. Did NOT like that every time we went in or out we were approached by homeless wanting money or cigarettes. (Eight different men). Would not have felt safe sending my wife out alone (or if we brought our kids). Bar area was too crowded to even get our complementary drinks. Like I said…. Okay stay, nothing overly impressive about the place. "
