The place was great The staff was great except for Nadine who looked at us and treated us like we didn't belong there she was absolutely rude to my husband we won't come back there because of her
An incredibly beautiful hotel. Amazing. The gal that checked us in and another that checked us out - so so Didn't really want to interact with us - I felt like we were interfering with them. The night gal - couldn't have been better. So pleasant. Answered any questions - went above and beyond. Rated it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the restaurant was closed for 2 days and the bar was closed. Since we were travelling - we couldn't even get breakfast in town before we left as nothing was open and we weren't going to go into Mexico.
It was anazing. I could only imagine what it must of been like in its day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The museum was beautiful.a must see.
I loved the history and the jacuzzi. Having my coffee in the lobby at 5:00 am was also a treat. The only negative was the pillows, but nothings perfect. Great place to visit
This is an incredible piece of history. What an wonderful experience and the staff were awesome. The right 1907 parts have been updated and the right parts stand in historical glory.
The Gadsden is an absolutely spectacular hotel that everyone should experience! In my time there, i was serviced extremely well and enjoyed many great meals and conversations with guests and staff alike. I cannot say enough positive things about this fantastical living relic.
This is a great stay! Hotel is currently under renovation and I cannot wait until its done and we will revisit. Staff is amazing and more than willing to answer my questions. The history of this place is so fun to read about. Its said to be haunted but we did feel anything off. Walking distance to Mexico, we didn't cross, but now wishing we did for shopping. Not alot of shopping in historic district.
