"Had to switch rooms, first one was not acceptable, Second one was newly redone and very nice. Hotel was lacking manager and it showed in neglected seasonal holiday decorations…lack of care. I used to live and work in Frankfurt across from hotel when it was the hotel!"

"Check-in took a while as there was apparentice trying her best to accomodate our request which I greatly appreciate. Rooms are a bit small, but does not cause any inconvenience. Location is optimal; skyline plaza takes 4 mins walking, and there are other dining options near by. Having a bath tub is always great, though you might have to compromise high floors for it. Overall, had great 2-nights stay. "
