"The air conditioning barely worked. The supposedly great restaurant was “on vacation” - during peak tourism season! There was no extra lock on my room door or chain for security. Although I hung out the sign saying I did not want housekeeping, the housekeeping staff opened my door (because there was no way to lock it) while I was undressed so I had to yell at them to stop. The light switches are so complicated that even the staff found it difficult to explain them. If there was a safe for valuables it was cleverly concealed. And the “director” (manager) of the hotel was too arrogant to make time to speak with me about my concerns. The staff were nice enough, but the management is off the charts stupid, arrogant, or both. This place does not deserve your business."

"The property was very convenient for getting around to bars and restaurants and the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very attentive and always ready to help. Rooms were a little small but the bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty with s little of everything. Would recommend it and definitely stay there again."
