Es waren wunderbare Tage. Die Ferienunterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Toller Ausgangspunkt für allerlei Ausflüge. Es hätten etwas weniger Mücken sein können. Vielen Dank an Frau Janssen für die Problemlose Übergabe.

Resümee
Es gibt nur das WLAN zu beanstanden....das war nur im Umkreis von 3m um den WLANverstärker vorhanden,im Obergeschoss im Elternschlafzimmer fehlte es auch. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden,was man so brauchte.

Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was man braucht und sogar mehr. Sie liegt ruhig und man kann sehr viel mit dem Fahrrad erledigen. Die Wohnung ist leider im Wohnzimmer etwas dunkel und die Möbel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen Aber sie sind sauber und funktionell.

Ein schönes Haus, wo es an nichts fehlt.
Ein gemütliches Haus, optimal für Familien mit Kindern. Das Internet ist nicht so gut aber wer braucht das schon im Urlaub.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen in ruhiger Lage mit sehr sehr guter Ausstattung.
Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Von den Kaffeepads über Teelichter, Gewürze, Unmengen von Geschirr, Spiele, Bücher bis hin zum Bügeleisen. Für jede Wohnung ein Großer Parkplatze vorm Haus. Die Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen voll und ganz entsprochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Leider ist das Internet nicht zu nutzen, weder W-lan noch das Mobil-Netz. ( Aber ist ja Urlaub und kein Internet Spiel )

bis auf den Internetzugang/WLAN alles perfekt
Positiv - sehr großzügige Parkplätze vor den Häusern (selbst bei einem großen Kombi konnte der an der Anhängerkupplung befestigte Fahrradträger am Fahrzeug bleiben) - reichhaltige Ausstattung (viel Besteck und Geschirr, Wasserkocher, normale sowie Senseo Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc.) - sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet (viele schöne Bilder und zahlreiche weitere Details) - ungewöhnlich viele Steckdosen - weitere hilfreiche Installationen (automatische Treppenhausbeleuchtung mit Bewegungsmeldern, USB-Buchsen an den Nachttischlampen etc.) - Zugang zur Terrasse von der Straße aus (sehr hilfreich beim Abstellen von Fahrrädern) - sehr sauber und ordentlich - kostengünstige Beistellung von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern über die Verwaltung des Hauses Negativ - völlig unzureichender Internetzugang (selbst das Versenden einzelner Bilder oder das Lesen einer Online Zeitschrift war nicht möglich) Fazit Ein tolles Haus mit einer super Ausstattung. Wer es allerdings gewöhnt ist, seine Ausflüge und Touren mit Hilfe des Internets zu planen oder aber das Internet aus anderen Gründen ab und zu benötigt, hat bei dieser Unterkunft ein Problem. Denn auch ein Mobilnetzzugang - zumindest zu dem von uns benutzten E-Netz - war die meiste Zeit nicht verfügbar. Es wäre schön, wenn der derzeitige Zugang über „Freifunk“ nachgebessert oder durch eine andere Lösung abgelöst würde – dann wäre es das wirklich perfekte Ferienhaus :-)

Nessmersiel ist ein ruhiger Ort. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 7 Minuten zu schaffe
Die Wohnung entsprach den Beschreibungen. Es war alles vorhanden! Besonders praktisch waren die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern und als Schiebetür vor der Terrassentür. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin per Mail und mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort per Telefon war sehr freundlich und schnell. Leider hat ein Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer ( Kinderzimmer) extrem gequietscht. Habe ich bei der Abreise angegeben und es sollte sich drum gekümmert werden.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft angetroffen. Es war in der Wohnung wirklich alles vorhanden! Für unseren Geschmack waren nur die Betten zu hart!

Kleines Reihenhaus in guter Lage.
In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Kinder bemängeln das W-lan. Auf dem Tisch noch Zahnstocher vom Vorgänger, ansonsten war´s aber sauber. Gute Betten, nicht zu weich. Die Hausverwaltung reagiert prompt, wenn irgendwas fehlt. Insgesamt zu empfehlen. Würde ich nochmal buchen.

Ein exzellenter Urlaub
Das waren fantastische Ferien. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung. Ein schöner kleiner Garten im hinteren Teil des Hauses, in dem Sie abends draußen sitzen können. Genug Platz für Familien mit zwei Kindern. Die Hausbesitzerin ermöglichte uns einen exzellenten Service. Die Dame, die in Nessmersiel für Serive verantwortlich war, war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Ort Nessmersiel ist ausgezeichnet, da er nicht so Kommerzial ist wie Carolinensiel. sehr schöner Ort für Abendspaziergänge zu unternehmen. Strand war hervorragend und sehr sauber gehalten.
