"Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty.
Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros.

"Historical building entirely renovated with plenty of historical piece of furniture creating a very nice and cosy atmosphere, other than being super clean and very well equipped. Right at the center of Dorgali (plenty of shops, restaurants and artisans walking distance) and few minutes to Cala Gonone by car. Personnel super friendly, kind, efficient and helpful. Abundant and delicious breakfast. We would definitely come back for another trip to Dorgali or Cala Gonone wonderful beaches"

"Giusi was so friendly and helpful during our stay! The view was stunning and the room was very large. The breakfast buffet was amazing and I loved being able to eat across the street right by the water! The location was excellent and convenient to walk to many restaurants and shops and to the harbor for day cruises. The laundry service was excellent and very affordable. We dropped our things off and they were ready the next morning.
Some negative aspects: The hot tub was on the balcony facing the street so there isn’t much privacy, therefore we only used it once. We did not like the bed because it was very firm. The blow dryer was not great and you need to hold the button the entire time for it to run."
"We stayed 4 nights at Hotel San Francisco in Cala Gonone and overall had a really nice experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants, and more. The only downside was that on one morning (around 8:45) the scrambled eggs were finished and they told us they wouldn’t make more, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but since Cala Gonone is a small place, it’s quite easy to find free parking nearby, so this wasn’t a problem for us.
The hotel is very close (10min walk) to the main port in Cala Gonone and to the main street that has all the restaurants and bars, so it was really convenient for all the boat tours and activities that are main thing in Cala Gonone."

"The Hotel is in a good location, it’s an
uphill walk coming from the Cala Gonone beach so bare that in mind if you have mobility issues.
The pool is amazing and good prices at the bar.
A little disappointed with the food. Breakfast could have a better variety of breads and deli meats, only one type of cheese. Pastries all a bit bland, coffee was good though.
We were there during Ferragosto and we were told the hotel prepares a special dinner for that. So we’ve decided to give it a chance but unfortunately there was nothing special about it, quite the opposite.
Our room description said it had a balcony, but it was actually an area outside the our room and shared with another room.
And the shower enclosure was tiny, so if you’re tall or have broad shoulders like me it will be a struggle.
