"Great little house. Very clean. Comfy bed. Was worried about street noise from the hwy being kinda close but barely noticed it. Tv downstairs only has a dvd player with a small library of movies. Kitchen nice could use a microwave. Good water pressure in the shower nice hot water. Enjoyed the hottub out back. Not sure how to get to the river it was really far down an embankment. Sounded lovely though. Everything you need but could use some tweaking. Overall pretty nice."

"Chose this location for the Access to the river. Wasn’t able to get to the river. Unfortunately the dock was washed up. Weeds very tall in back yard. Most of the windows didn’t have screens on them. "

"We were on our way back to Seattle after two months-long trip and really needed some rest. It was lucky to find this GEM in Springfield, OR. The quaint cottage is new, modern and well-decorated with best amenities. It is very quiet and we are totally re-energized after two days rest. Marcia is a great host and she was very communicative and welcoming with attention to details. She lives in the main house next door and is available for help anytime. "Needs some small fixes. We had a blast on the river, playing cornhole, hanging by the fire, and using the game room. However, the foosball table was not there. The owner was so easy to get ahold of and exceptionally helpful. His goat Oreo is a gem"
