"Diese Unterkunft hatten wir gebucht. Da ein Handwerker nicht kam wurden wir in einer anderen Ferienwohnung der Verrmieterin untergebracht. Wir hatten schmutzige Geschirrtücher, es war nicht gesaugt/gefegt, auf dem Nachttisch konnte man im Staub malen. "The apt itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. We had a great visit. I did have some ??s when checking in. I didnt expect to have to haul luggage up multiple flights of stairs. "Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung, die gut geschnitten ist und viel Platz bietet. Für den Aufenthalt in Ulm perfekt,. Die Zentrale Lage ist praktisch für Unternehmungen in und um Ulm herum. Leider war es Freitag und Samstag Nacht sehr turbulent in der Stadt, was für uns als älteres Semester schwierig war. Das tut aber der Top-Qualität der Wohnung und der Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers keinen Abbruch! Gerne wieder!"

"This has extremely small bedroom. In pictures, it looks big but it’s not the fact. It doesn’t have separate living room. Kitchen is part of small bedroom. There isn’t soap in bathroom. Parking space is limited. You may have to park on road. My clothes were wet even after 3 hours of keeping them in dryer. There wasn’t jeans. It was just simple formal. You have to pay separate for laundry where dryer isn’t functioning. It’s messy because small bedroom and kitchen is part of the bedroom....

"Von der Straße gesehen war die Wohnung einst ein Geschäft gewesen. Aber die Lage ist still, die Fenster nahezu blickdicht, zusätzlich dicke Vorhänge. Waschmaschine war vorhanden (leider kein Trockner, nur Wäscheständer), die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung bot viel Platz - drei Schlafzimmer zu je zwei Betten plus zwei weitere Betten im Wohnzimmer. Leider waren die Matratzen zu dünn und durchgelegen und auch die Bettdecken zu dünn. Das will der Vermieter ändern - hat er zumindest...

"Ich wollte erstmal nach HDH fahren um einzuchecken, dann bekam ich von Inhaberin eine Mitteilung, dass ich nach Herbrechtingen fahren muss, denn dort ist mein Zimmer und als ich reinkam sah die Wohnung vielversprechend aus. ABER wenn man es genau sieht von Balkon und mein Einzelzimmer, dann sieht man, dass es lieblos zusammengesetzt war, man sah Kabel für das Satellitenfernsehen die nicht sauber verlegt waren, Steckdosen bei dem das Gehäuse nachdem rausziehen des Steckers mit rausgerissen war(!)...
