Gîte 1 km from the village in a renovated barn, independent house, large enclosed wooded area. Come and discover the Loire Valley, the Orléans forest and hike along the canal, 20 minutes from Orléans and 1h30 from Paris. Ground floor: 1 large living room with open kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 shower room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds).

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), mezzanine (library). A first basket of wood is provided (€5/additional basket).

RATES INCLUDING CHARGES: Sheets provided and beds made on arrival, heating included and electricity included.
ADDITIONAL CHARGE: Mandatory cleaning fee for business stays at €60 (charged every 15 days). Towels at €7/person.
