"The girl at serve desk was very nice upon arrival. Room was clean. My only complaint would be we had to chech out a day early for family emergency and ask about a partial refund, it was just a little after 3:30 pm and was told no because it was to close to 4:00 pm which is the time of canceling. However the 1 night we stayed was nice. Sometimes a little compassion can go along ways."

The options, or lack there of in the lobby for things to buy (like snacks, drinks etc.) were few and far between. And to boot the vending machines didn't work. Decent stay for the amount the room is but if it was any more expensive I'd definitely be making more of a fuss."
