"Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it. "Very convenient to pick up keys at a travel agent , also they will store your luggage for free both prior to and after check out . The apartment was on the first floor lovely and cool. Only minutes walk from old town Trogir and the boat that takes you to Split and back. Loved having laundry facilities right in the apartment and drying rack and a outdoor table "

"I booked a studio apartment for 2 nights in June and was very impressed - there was plenty of space for 2 people, all the amenities you could possibly want (even a laundry rack, cooking facilities and cutlery) and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location is beautiful and very well-situated for access to both plenty of beaches and the city of Trogir, without feeling busy or tourist-y. The owners themselves are lovely and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable."

"We are a family of seven traveling from the US. This stop was our second in a three week costal Croatia trip. Ugo and his wife, Lydia are the BEST. They welcomed us with a tour of their home and gardens, wine, and conversation. Our kids loved spending time exploring the gardens and being outside. "Ana was great at communicating and although we arrived late at night we were happily greeted and welcomed. We have stayed at several VRBO properties and none can compare to Ana’s apartment for cleanliness. It also has everything you need and a wonderful patio to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or even dinner. The bus to old town Split is only a short distance away and runs every 20 minutes which worked great for us."

"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."
