"Overall the property was clean,moden and had everything needed for our stay.However,the pull out bed was not v user friendly and uncomfortable which was disappointing!I think the lodge was catered more for 6 people particularly the sofa area,not enough seats.There was also a issue with the back door as in it was stiff to open.We enjoyed our stay and loved relaxing in the hot tub,many thanks"

"Great stay but not entirely suitable for a wheelchair. Had to remove the rims from my chair and two small steps inside were a bit annoying but nevertheless we will be back. Booking agent fee was excessive adding almost £100 to the cost"

"Was surprised how very near the main road it was and the parking spot was rather awkward. The ad makes it look rather village-y where in fact it is really urban. That said, it is a lovely house, well kept and we enjoyed our stay. Very near everything you need."

"Hare lodge has everything and more. Karen has provided everything you could possibly need. The lodge was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We were amused by the number of hares around! Beds were extremely comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. We thought Hare lodge was very good value for money. The only thing we didn’t like much was the layout. Having to go out into the conservatory to get to the en suite bedroom wasn’t great, and in winter would be chilly, but we enjoyed our stay...

"Expensive. advertised hot tub but we must have misunderstood there wasnt one, and think the amneties meant a bath tub, very old decor like it or hate it i didnt like it, smelt old and damp garden furnture ready to colapse on you as seemed rotten . I couldnt wait to leave the area made up for it though close to some beautiful beaches and nature reserves which was why we stayed in the area, sorry but wouldnt stay again"

"I recently stayed here with my partner, our 8 month old, a couple of friends and our dog, we had great communication with the property owner he is so kind and helped us out with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend, the lodge is lovely, clean and modern. Everything about it was 10/10 would definitely book again!"

"The barn was spacious and well equipped. Beautiful back garden. Chickens outside of dining room no rooster so very quiet. The host gave us fresh eggs for breakfast. Lovely pub not far had 2 great meals. The property is beautiful with sheep and a horse. Would definitely recommend and return"

"Our overall impression was that the accommodation was not very well maintained The shower room is in need of a new shower cubicle it is grimy and worn. With the wallpaper curling up in several places. There is also a bit of a doggy smell in the lounge. The carpets also need a deep clean. The reception person was very nice and friendly. It was a bit disappointing that the restaurant, cafe and bar close so early or not at all at the weekend in the case of the cafe."

"From the get go the communications with the owners were excellent. The Coach House is alittle gem in Lincolnshire. Everything you would need for a holiday, superb bedding comfortable beds. The bathroom was lovely one of our guests was over 6ft and he loved that he could sit properly in the bath.
