"The hotel is big and the room is comfortable and spacious. However, the main attraction which is the hot spring pool is under construction for the landscaping and the location of the hot and cool pools which is out in the open is questionable. The buffet breakfast and dinner is also of low quality."

Also, from arrival, check in; check out to depart; there was no front door came to greet us or took our suitcase. If I compared my other 5* experience, it was the worst one. "Hotel lobby and room has a kind of "mouldy alike" smell. The hotel should consider doing deep cleaning of carpet if not changing them. Thorough check on room's humidity issue as the moldiness could be from it. Parking wise, no issue, surrounding the hotel do not have much, but is a good transit point if going to catch a morning train."

"It has one of the best hot spring in the area. The location is on a place where there isn’t any of restaurants outside of the property. However, if you visit this place you will want to enjoy all the amenities within the property. By the way, all the amenities can still be enjoyed for free after you check out of your room"
