"This cabin was the perfect place for a little couples R & R! We stayed 2 nights over Valentine's Day weekend and even in the cold and snow the creek was bubbling happily. I would love to see this space in the spring/summer to get a real feel for the property! "My partner and i along with our 2 pups stayed for the weekend and checked out the town of ligonier for the first time. The house was as described- rustic artsy cozy cottage. Lenor & Tom had all the comforts of home. Super cute & clean place! The 2 small issues are: the front door knob was wonky and it took some extra time for the key to open it (lots of jiggling back & forth). "The property itself was clean and in good working order. Check in was easy. Ample linens, silverware, cleaning supplies and dried wood available onsite. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk beds, loft area, outdoor rocking chairs and fire pit. There’s no freezer, oven, or formal dining area. The one coffee table needs replaced. "Nicely remodeled and rustic decor. Not a hotel room or a cabin, but a fun private place to bunk down for a couple days. The facility was exactly as advertised. Owner was accommodating and pleasant. Surrounding farm was pleasing to walk around. Stayed for easy drives to three area ski resorts and would return."

"This property was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. My fiance and I stayed here when in town for a snowboarding trip to nearby Seven Springs and Hidden Valley. The property was exactly as described. Cozy and rustic. The hot tub was a huge bonus. Hosts communicated instructions very well prior to arrival and made our check in and stay easy and stress free. We plan to be back at some point in the future. "

However, that is about the best part of the trip.When we arrived, there was a massive fan blowing in the kitchen and the kitchen floor was soaked. The dishwasher was broken and leaked everywhere, therefore we had no dishwasher the entire trip. The fireplace was not working either, therefore we had no fireplace for our entire trip. "Family ski trip. Perfect location. Easy access to mountain and restaurants. Cabin is absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoy the fireplace and outside fire pit and pond. "

"My friends and I stayed here when we went to Seven Springs and it was the perfect place! The house is exactly as pictured if not better and it was very clean. Check in and check out was very easy and hosts communicated properly what was needed. It is small but there was plenty of seating and we all felt very cozy (Honestly the small size helped because it was very cold and the house heats up quick).There were a few spiders in different rooms of the house but that’s a given based on the location....

"Stayed during a weekend during ski season. Great ski in/ski out access at Hidden Valley! Great space for a good amount of people. Really enjoyed the setup of exiting the house from the basement level for ski in/ski out; was a great spot to keep everyone's gear out of the main level of house. "
