The room was dirty, the bathroom was not working (no hot water, only cold, the dryer empty under the sink right under the floor), no key for the room (not working), lots of noise from the neighbours, the welcome was cold as ice, far from the center, well, we were happy to leave this place. It’s pretty a shame because the hotel could have been really good if the place was a bit maintained."

"This is a gem of a little hotel. The staff are on top of everything. The rooms are new and spotless, filled with all the amenities of a more expensive hotel. The pool is perfect, the food is lovely and reasonably priced. You can use a bike or rent an inexpensive scooter through them to head into the charming little town of Champasaak. Real value and attention to detail here."
