the house is ideally located. It's a very peaceful places where enjoy the holidays. There are two covered terrace, one bigger than the other, where is possible have lunch or dinner enjoying a panoramic wiew.
The sea is not too far, something about 5 km, so it's important rent the house just for people who have a car.

Perfect stay
It was an excellent stay at the house,perfect terasse with shade where we could sit the whole day. The children had their fun running around the house. Everything was clean and fine. We would come to this house again!

Tutto perfetto
La casa è perfetta per ospitare gruppi numerosi, la cucina ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno e anche un secondo frigorifero. Il patio è spazioso e il giardino con la doccia all'aperto e il grande barbecue sono davvero comodi. I proprietari di casa sono stati molto gentili e precisi riguardo la comunicazione e qualsiasi bisogno. La posizione della casa è ottima, in cima ad una collina di un complesso di case, il che gli permette di essere ventilata e fresca e a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia più vicina.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und wie angegeben. Die Komminikation mit Paolo klappte bestens und man wurde immer gut beraten. Leider ist das Haus sehr abgelegen, d.h. man muss erstmal 7 Minuten hochfahren und das auf sehr schmalen Wegen. Dass man kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette werfen darf, ist wohl allgemein dort üblich und wer keine Katzen mag, sollte hier lieber auch nicht buchen. Bei mindestens 10 Katzen, die ständig ins Haus eindringen und vor Nichts Halt machen, hatte unser Hund und wir auch keine ruhige Minute.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt
Ein traumhaftes Objekt in wirklich schöner Lage (private Feriensiedlung mit beschrankter Zufahrt). Sehr gepflegt und liebevoll ausgestattet. Ein besonderes Lob verdient der Verlieter, der wegen Fährverspätung selbst um 3 Uhr morgens (!) zur Schlüsselübergabe erschien, stets ansprechbar war und mit guten Tipps wie auch einem hervorragenden Rotwein zur Seite stand. Jederzeit gerne wieder. 1+++

Einfach wundervoll
Zusammengefasst, war unser (leider viel zu kurzer) Aufenthalt im Casa Eden Rock rundum perfekt. Die Einweisung und Kommunikation durch und mit Paolo war super sympathisch und immer zielführend (danke dir Paolo noch einmal für all deine guten Tipps und Ratschläge!). Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich sehr groß, und es gibt hier wirklich alles, was man braucht. Gerade für zwei Familien ist das Haus perfekt geeignet, da vom Wohnzimmer- und Essbereich jeweils zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit sehr schönen Badezimmern abgehen. Die Terrasse(n) sind enorm weitläufig mit (die Vorderterasse) einem spektakulären Blicke in das Tal bis zum Meer. Die Ruhe im Garten ist wunderbar erholsam und der Weg zum nächsten sehr schönem Strand ist mit 8 Minuten Fahrzeit auch okay. Ein tolles Haus!

Per quanto riguarda la struttura non credo io possa aggiungere qualcosa rispetto alle recensioni precedenti. Le immagini sul sito sono assolutamente veritiere, posso aggiungere solo che la casa è come se avesse un'anima, ha qualcosa che la rende calda ed accogliente. Io concentrerei la recensione piuttosto sull'host, il sig. Paolo. Una persona splendida, disponibile, affabile, non ha lesinato suggerimenti e consigli per metterci a nostro agio. Dire che siamo stati benissimo è poco. Alla prossima!

Perfect location top of the hill
Great place, close to the beaches of Chia. Top of the hill with great view. The house is surrounded by nature, so use mosquito protection. Ideal for two families or group or friends. Well equipped and very friendly host. But you will definitely need a car to reach the house. We (two families) had a great time and would love to come again.

Un’oasi di serenità
Accoglienza amichevole, ma già la casa e il giardino e la vista ci avevano incantati tutti dal primo momento. La villa è situata in una regione selvaggia e con spiagge magnifiche. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha consigliato sui luoghi e spiagge a visitare e degli ottimi ristoranti che abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare tutti. Lo ringraziamo tutti.

Perfekt für 2 Familien
Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist perfekt geeignet für 2 Familien. Wir waren zu 8 (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) und hatten unsere eigenen Bereiche mit jeweils einem Bad. Die große Terrasse ist toll um morgens zusammen zu frühstücken und abends gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Paolo ist ein toller Gastgeber und war sehr flexibel bei der Anreise. Wir haben einige zusätzliche Informationen bzgl. Strände und gute Restaurants von ihm bekommen. Vielen Dank Paolo!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir waren mit der gepflegten Unterkunft mehr als zufrieden. Die Küche und das ganze Haus waren sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen, gross und weitläufig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, es war alles sehr sauber, die Kinder konnten toll auf der Terrasse und im Garten spielen. Das Highlight ist die Aussen-Dusche im Garten. Der Gastgeber Paolo ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und war immer erreichbar, er gab uns diverse Tipps. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familien-Urlaub.

Vacanza da consigliare
Vacanza perfetta. Le due parole che meglio descrivono il nostro soggiorno in questo casa sono queste. Villetta accogliente,disposta benissimo dove soggiornano comodamente 2 famiglie(noi eravamo 4 adulti e 4 bambini). Le foto rispecchiano la realtà ed anzi quando arriverete ad Eden rock vi sentirete davvero in paradiso. La casa e' infatti in collina ma vicinissima alle spiagge più belle della costa (10 minuti di auto). Ottima la pulizia. Cosa dire poi del padrone di casa,Paolo? Gentilissimo,attento ad ogni nostra richiesta (addirittura ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo latte e biscotti per la colazione per il solo spirito di accoglienza..) ed una risorsa per ottenere consigli pratici per la nostra permanenza (spiagge da visitare,negozi etc). Assolutamente host da consigliare.

C’est la deuxième année que nous louons la propriété de Paolo. Et c’est toujours un réel plaisir d’habiter cet endroit. La maison est très fonctionnelle (notamment pour une famille), confortable, propre... Elle est située dans un endroit très calme et particulièrement joli. Le panorama est magnifique, peu importe où on se situe dans la maison. Pour les amoureux de la nature et des collines sardes cet endroit est idéal! Nous recommandons vivement!

The house was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely garden and outdoor eating places and beautiful views of the sea. Very well equipped. A short drive from the stunning beaches of Chia. Magnifique séjour
Nous avons résidé à huit dans cette maison en juillet de cette année. Notre séjour y fut très agréable. Située sur une colline, au calme, le cadre est magnifique. Le village est privé et sécurisé par des barrières de sécurité. La maison est fonctionnelle et chaleureuse. Il ne manque rien. Paolo, le propriétaire a été très attentif à nos besoins. Le littoral de Chia qui est encore préservé est à quelques minutes en voiture. Il est composé de plusieurs plages, toutes plus belles les unes que les autres. La mer offre des dégradés de bleu absolument superbes, le sable est blanc et fin, les enfants ont pieds assez longtemps, les vagues font la joie des plus grands et l'endroit se prête parfaitement au snorkeling.

Super séjour à sa Murta
Villa très agréable et très bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique et l'endroit est au calme sur la colline. Paolo nous a reçu comme des rois et est super sympa. Vacances très chouette avec les enfants.
