Semi-detached house with excellent finishes and attractive design renovated recently. It has a beautiful garden and panoramic mountain views from one of its sides. It is just 800m from the beach and a few minutes walk from some of the most important core services.

Charming Spot in Chia, Sardinia
This is a delightful spot in a somewhat depressed area of Chia. The views of the mountain and surrounding area are lovely. The closest beach is a 5 minute drive away - The property itself is well maintained and appointed - all very comfortable with lovely outside gardens. The only real drawback to this property are the 89 STEPS from the street down to the property. Renters need to be aware of this. Christine Scott

Wir waren 8 Tage in Domus de Maria. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ideal waren der große Kühlschrank und die Gefriertruhe.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war hervorragend, überwiegend per Whatsapp. Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Länger als eine Woche würden wir dort aber nicht bleiben, weil die Infrastruktur in der näheren Umgebung doch etwas limitiert ist.

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wunderbarer Garten. Perfekt gelegen und mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten bereits an den tollen Stränden. Check-in/out perfekt gelaufen. Betty ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit wundervollem Garten
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Terrasse mit Blick auf den wundervollen Garten ist sehr einladend und wir saßen gerne und oft dort. Strand von Chia ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Kontakt mit Betty und Federica - für den Vermieter - war sehr freundlich und nett. Vielen Dank.

Beautiful location and beaches!
We stayed in this property with 2 children. 4 and 7 year old. The house is exactly as described and has everything one needs. The garden is beautiful and we loved eating outside in the evening. The property is only a short drive from the sandy beaches of Chia that are ideal for families as well as everyone else. The owners are very helpful and responsive. Surely a place we would like to return to! PS Even if you have children do not be discouraged by the garden being uphill; it is a short and easy walk.

Ausgezeichnet !
Wir (bis zu 4 erwachsene Personen) hatten das große Vergnügen, in diesem Ferienhaus 3 Wochen vom 17.08.2019 bis 06.09.2019 verbringen zu dürfen. Die Aufnahme durch Betty, die sehr gut Deutsch spricht, war sehr herzlich. Das Objekt entspricht in jeder Beziehung der Beschreibung. Für den täglichen Gebrauch waren alle Küchengeräte vorhanden. Der Ausblick von dem rückwärtigen Balkon auf die umliegenden Berge ist sehr schön, ebenso wie der gut geschützte Bereich der Terrasse. Die Strände von Chia sind vom Haus aus besser mit dem Fahrzeug erreichbar. Nochmals ganz lieben Dank an Betty für ihre nette und ehrliche Art und Weise. Vielleicht sieht man sich mal wieder.

Schöne ruhige Villa mit genügend Platz für Kleinfamilien oder Paare
Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Die Villa liegt auf dem Berg in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Ferienhaussiedlung. Es war alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Die Strände rund um Chia sind einfach nur traumhaft. Schöne Landschaft rundherum. Betty hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und alles für unserem Komfort getan. Bei Fragen stand sie uns immer hilfreich zur Seite. Danke Betty :-))

Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung!
Eine sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir waren zu viert mit unseren beiden Jungs und hatten genug Platz. Der Garten ist herrlich und den Grill haben wir auch ausreichend genutzt. Das Einzige, womit wir zu kämpfen hatten, war die Wärme in der Nacht. Aber was will man dazu sagen, wenn man im Hochsommer nach Sardinien fliegt, ist es nun mal heiß.

Schönes Haus nah bei den Stränden
Super Haus mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Betreuung von Betty sogar in Deutsch. Strände, Supermarkt, Bar, Obstbauern sind sehr nah, sollten aber wegen der Steigung auf dem Rückweg mit dem Auto besucht werden. Für die Älteren: Haus wird über Stufen erreicht, das gilt auch für Gepäck. Für die Jüngeren: kein WLAN. Für uns mit Kleinkind war es perfekt.

Generalmente non sono solita scrivere recensioni dei posti dove trascorro le mie vacanze, ma questa esperienza a Chia, nella villetta di Betty, merita di essere raccontata: ho trascorso due piacevolissime settimane con mio marito e le mie due figlie; Betty, sin dai primi contatti via mail e telefono, si è mostrata disponibilissima inoltrandoci foto ed informazioni relative a spiaggie, luoghi d'interesse ed escursioni. Anche una volta sul posto, si è confermata gentile e premurosa segnalandoci direttamente su una cartina tutto quello che ci sarebbe occorso per la durata del soggiorno e fornendoci le istruzioni per tutti gli elettrodomestici della casa e per il modem wi-fi. La villetta si è rivelata pulita, accogliente e funzionale proprio come immaginavamo in fase di prenotazione, situata in posizione collinare , immersa nel verde, è infatti particolarmente tranquilla e silenziosa. Chia con le sue lunghe distese di sabbia e il mare cristallino ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. In definitiva, una piacevole esperienza che consiglio a tutti Mary e famiglia

toller Urlaub
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht, die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war prompt und unkompliziert, das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber, auf der einen Seite ein schattiger, terassenartig angelegter Garten mit Grillstelle und Aussendusche, auf der anderen ein toller Blick über das Tal und die Berge. Der nä Strand und die Bar/ kl. Supermarkt sind jeweils in etwas mehr als 10min zu Fuss erreichbar (steile Strasse). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeberin spricht fliessend englisch und deutsch. Fazit: empfehlenswert.

Super Haus, gerne wieder, sehr nette Gastgeberin
Das Haus ist wirklich super schön eingerichtet, gute Lage zum Strand. Obwohl wir mit dem Auto zu einem anderen Strand gefahren sind, der uns besser gefallen hat. In der Vorsaison kann es wahrscheinlich auf Grund der Hanglage sehr windig werden; in der Hauptsaison dürfte es wie eine angemehme Brise wirken. Fussläufig kann man von der Unterkunft den Strand erreichen, allerdings sonst benötigt man ein Auto. Die Stadt besteht aus lauter kleinen Siedllungen, die auch durch Wald abgegrenzt sind. Super Service von der Vermieterin! Super Ausblick auf die Berge! Das Wohnzimmer wirkt auf den Bildern größer als es ist.

VACANZA PERFETTA !!
Mia moglie, due ragazzi ed io abbiamo trascorso due settimane a cavallo di ferragosto presso la splendida Villetta Nicoletta, nella fantastica località di Baia Chia. La proprietaria Betty, in sede di prenotazione, ci è venuta incontro sulle date da noi richieste legate ai traghetti, ci ha quindi ricevuto con molta cortesia facendoci vedere nei dettagli la casa, gli elettrodomestici, il giardino curatissimo con comodissimo barbece, nonchè si è prodigata a segnalarci su cartina le principali spiagge, negozi, servizi, bar e ristoranti. Inoltre, abitando al piano di sotto, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di poter contare su di Lei per tutta la vacanza, cosa non da poco! In definitiva: posto fantastico, villetta stupenda recentemente ristrutturata, con ottime rifiniture , in location molto tranquilla ma al contempo a pochi minuti dalle principali spiagge di Chia. Ci torneremo sicuramente. A presto Betty!! Marco e Famiglia

Schöne Villa in Chia
Bei der Ankunft würde man herzlich begrüßt und das Haus war sauber und schön. Man hat großen Balkon und Garten, wo auch ein Tisch und Grill vorhanden sind. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß ist man schon am ersten Strand. Betty ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns mit vielen Tipps unterstützt hat. Absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank!

Schöner Garten, super Lage!
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in schöner Lage in Chia auf einem Hügel. Man kann zu einer der Buchten zu Fuss laufen. Das Haus ist super für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind, bietet gut Platz und ist schön eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine. Das Highlight ist der schöne Garten mit Steinofengrill. Da das Haus am Hang liegt, ist es schön ruhig und wenig einsehbar, trotzdem ist man zentral in Chia, gleich die Strasse runter ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine typisch italienische Bar ( die man abends absolut nicht hört). Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen haben, damit man alle schönen Buchten in Chia besuchen kann. Das gilt aber für alle Ferienhäuser in Chia. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Betty, die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hatte viele Tipps für die Umgebung parat. Ausserdem spricht sie super deutsch. Vielen Dank, Betty, wir kommen wieder!

una mini vacanza bellissima
non e' mia abitudine scrivere recensioni sui luoghi che in genere visito pero' questa volta voglio spendere due parole per dare l opportunita' ad altri di poter vivere la stessa meravigliosa esperienza che io e mia moglie abbiamo provato. il nostro giudizio sulla villetta e' piu' che positivo e potrei aggiungere che le foto se pur belle non esprimono tutto quello che questa bellissima casa offre,inoltre la casa e' in una posizione strategica perche' si trova in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima al primo market della zona e ai ristoranti per chi volesse uscire a prsnzo o a cena.La casa l'abbiamo trovata pulitissima e ci te tengo a sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilita' della sigrorina Betti,comunque per chi dovesse decidere di fare una vacanza a chia consiglio di soggiornare in questo posto noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo
