Ottimo soggiorno in una località turistica affascinante per il mare e il relax. Casa curata nei minimi dettagli a circa 2 km dalle spiaggia di SuGiudeo,pulizia immobile ottima, come ottimi sono anche gli interni della casa curati nei minimi dettagli.

Belle annonce précise et exacte , très bel accueil , on se sentait en confiance avec Isa & Mariana
Appartement spacieux , très chouette avec sa grande terrasse couverte bien ventilée , parfaitement équipé ( tout marchait bien ) et bien confortable ( literie , clim , douche...) Bien situé , restos & superette à pied , belle vue sur la montagne et plages à 5 minutes de voiture . De plus , environnement très calme et superbe temps . Ces 8 jours à Chia ont été un régal , on recommande à fond pour qui recherche plus la tranquillité que l ' animation . Merci pour cette location .

Perfect place for
Rather small but functional apartment. We had all our meals on the larger veranda. Short walk to supermarket and restaurant. Short driving distance to the best beaches of Sardegna. Easy to keep contact with the host and quick and good replies when needed. Thanks for a wonderful week.

semplicemente stupendo
affittiamo appartamenti per le vacanze in Sardegna da parecchi anni e l'appartamento di Maria Luisa è senza dubbio uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai avuto. Ha tutto quanto si possa chiedere: arredamento nuovo e curatissimo (climatizzazione in tutte le stanze), dotazioni di cucina complete, una terrazza fresca in ogni ora del giorno, zona vicina alle spiagge ma tranquillissima, un'accoglienza deliziosa... Grazie di tutto!

Quartier tranquille, proche de tout ( supermarket, restaurants, plages, etc..), maison bien équipée, terrasse très agréable, propriétaire disponible ainsi que la personne qui s’occupe du logement sur place. Parfait pour decouvrir le sud de la Sardaigne.

Siamo stati a Chia per due settimane ad agosto 2018, a casa di Isa e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Sia Isa che Marianna sono state molto gentili e disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza. La casa rende di più dal vivo che sulle foto, nelle quali sembra isolata e situata praticamente in mezzo al nulla, ma in realtà non è così. A circa 300-400 m di distanza c'è un piccolo supermercato, ben fornito; tre buoni ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Non siamo mai andati a piedi in spiaggia. La più vicina dista circa 1,5 km. Tutte le altre spiagge stupende in zona sono raggiungibili in 7-10 minuti di auto. Gli spazi sono giusti, né troppo grandi né troppo piccoli, insomma perfetti per la vacanza quando dentro ci stai solo per dormire, fare la doccia e cucinare. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima, dentro c'è tutto quello che serve: dal frullatore ad immersione al forno mircoonde, il ferro da stiro, il phon, la lavatrice le poltrone da spiaggia e persino l'ombrellone. Ecco, l'unica cosa che mi mancava era forse il cestello per i panni sporchi, ma abbiamo vissuto molto bene comunque!

La posizione centralissa a Chia, l'arredamento moderne, ma con un tocco sardo. Ideale come punto di partenza per chi vuole girare le varie spiagge. entusiasti è dire poco
Casa posizionata in zona tranquilla vicina a tutte le più belle spiagge, dotata di tutto il necessario e molto di più ( zanzariere, condizionatori, lavatrice, due televisioni satellitari, terrazzo dove pranzare, barbecue in muratura, parcheggio privato ). A piedi si possono raggiungere il supermercato e i migliori ristoranti della zona ( Giorgio, Mirage...ecc ). Isa attentissima ed efficientissima per tutte le necessità. E' il secondo anno che soggiorniamo quì e speriamo di tornare anche il prossimo.

Vacanza magnifica
Abbiamo trascorso a Chia proprio la vacanza che desideravamo: mare cristallino e tranquillitá. La casa della signora Isa, proprietaria molto accorta e cordiale, é perfetta da tutti i punti di vista: molto pulita, con tutti i confort e ben tenuta. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Posizione tranquilla ma vicina alle spiagge, bellissimo portico con caminetto dove iniziare la giornata e aspettare il tramonto la sera, godendo un silenzio sorprendente. Cucina completa di tutto e con due posti letto, elegante camera matrimoniale e ampio bagno con doccia e lavanderia esterna. Tutto nuovo o recentissimo. L'unico limite è la distanza dal mare, raggiungibile 2 minuti in auto o 15 a piedi, ma ripagato dal comfort e dalla quiete

un anglo MAGNIFICO di Sardegna.
Appartamento nuovo, pulito molto bello e pratico. composto da terrazza per mangiare fuori, zona giorno con angolo cottura. Bagno ampio e pulito, adiacente piccolo terrazzino molto utile per stendere biancheria. Camera da letto. aria condizionata nelle due zone (giorno e notte) Adatto a famiglie per 3/4 persone. Molto vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona. (strategico) Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. La nostra esperienza è stata fantastica, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Un ringraziamento a Maria Luisa e Marianna per la loro disponibilità e accoglienza. Suggeriamo vivamente questo appartamento per chi volesse soggiornare nella zona.

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione ed è fornito di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza confortevole. Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era in ordine (compresa la spesa per la colazione della mattina seguente) e pulito. Lo consigliamo e se dovessimo tornare in vacanza a Chia lo sceglieremo nuovamente .

vacanza semplicemente perfetta!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo gioiello ben 3 settimane ad agosto...appartamento bellissimo curato nei minimi particolari...comodissimo alle magnifiche spiagge di Chia tanto che siamo rimasti in zona senza spostarci altrove.... l'appartamento è semplicemente perfetto 5 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge! Consigliamo visita alle rovine di Nora per ricordarci della nostra storia! e consigliamo il ristorante Akumal ... 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento buonissimo e servizio perfetto!!!. supermercati grandi a Pula .. da quelle parti solo piccoli market... tornando all'appartamento, come già detto, bellissimo, sottolineo la gentilezza e la cortesia della proprietaria!... se proprio dobbiamo trovare un neo .... sono tavolo e sedie ... per 3 settimane quei due tavolini da esterno e le 4 sedie piegevoli si sono rivelati un po' scomodi... ma consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornarvi... la descrizione era accuratissima! Speriamo vivamente di esser stati anche noi dei bravi affittuari così potremmo ritornarci!!!!

Fantastico
Siamo appena tornati da una settimana di vacanza dove abbiamo alloggiato in questo bellissimo appartamento. Zona tranquillissima, comoda alle spiagge ed ai servizi , market, bar edicola. L'appartamento e' una piccola bomboniera, arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto il necessario. Gentilissima la proprietaria, che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto incontrare, ed altrettanto cortese la signora che ci ha accolto. Sicuramente un posto in cui tornare!
