Independent villa with garden and sea view, on two levels and consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, dining room with kitchenette and panoramic terrace overlooking the beach and the island of Su Giudeu (one of the most beautiful contexts in Sardinia). The most famous beaches of Chia are 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bicycle. it is possible to rent bicycles for .... per day. Just 5 minutes on foot is the Chia Village where there are some shops, ATMs, pharmacy, piano bar and where shows for children and adults are held. It is also possible to book kayak excursions, rent mountain bikes, linen (sheets and towels) and additional cots for children. For beach tennis lovers we offer the opportunity to use our field located on the Su Giudeu beach.
Horse riding:
In Sardinia horse breeding has a millennial tradition. We can help you to book riding lessons at all levels. During the summer it is possible to participate in horseback riding that wind along the ancient paths near the sea of Pula and Chia.
Trekking and Mountain Bike
Our house is located close to the mountains of Is Cannoneris. If required, it is possible to have useful information and rent mountain bikes.
kayaking:
The stretch of coast that goes from Bernardini beach (Santa Margherita di Pula) to Tuerredda (Teulada) is particularly suitable for the practice of this sport and we can offer you all the necessary equipment.

Soggiorno di due settimane a luglio con famiglia
Bella la location della casa con vista sul mare. Arredata in modo semplice e confortevole, dotata di lavastoviglie ed aria condizionata. Bel giardino fiorito con doccia. La cosa più bella sicuramente la vista!!!!

Panorama meraviglioso e casa nuova e molto graziosa
E' una delle case con la più bella vista mare panoramica dove sia mai stato. Gli spazi sono accoglienti, soprattutto soggiorno, zona cottura e giardino, e la casa è ben arredata e funzionale. Si trova in uno splendido contesto signorile a Chia. Le spiaggie sottostanti sono tra le più belle d'Italia e del mediterraneo.

Ho avuto degl'ospiti improvisi e nel cercare casa ho prenotato la villetta di Renato. Devo dire che sono rimasta particolarmente colpita dalla disponibilità e dalla gestione della prenotazione, tutto molto ordinato e funzionale. Siamo stati accolti da Stefano che si è dimostrato molto disponibile e preparato, pronto a risolvere qualsiasi esigienza dalla prenotazione del ristorante al contatto per il transfer. Ottima soluzione....Consigliatissima

Buona la casa male la gestione della spiaggia
Casa bella, comoda con vista mozzafiato. Andrebbe curata di più la pulizia. Mare e spiaggia naturalmente belli, ma gestiti male. Mancano le infrastrutture. Quando esci dalla casa: il nulla. Non ci sono marciapiedi , non c'è possibilità di fare una passeggiata. Strade malridotte. Con bordi pieni di rifiuti e sterpaglie. L'impressione è che il comune di Domus è attivo solo nel dare multe. Mancano acqua e servizi in spiaggia col risultato che la vegetazione circostante è una cloaca a cielo aperto.

La vista più bella su Chia
Io e mio marito con le nostre due bimbe siamo stati due settimane in questa meravigliosa casa lo scorso agosto. Abbiamo affittato diverse case negli ultimi anni, ma mai abbiamo trovato una casa tanto curata e ben fornita. Tutto era pulito e corrispondente alla descrizione. La vista dal piccolo ma curatissimo giardino è impagabile. Le camere sono un po' calde, ma volendo c'è l'aria condizionata. Unica nota negativa qualche problema con lo scarico di un bagno e la mancanza di un barbecue serio. In ogni caso esperienza molto positiva. Ci torniamo molto volentieri. Grazie anche a Stefano per la sua simpatia e accoglienza.

A very nice property
We had a difficulty on the first night as our home was not ready for us. However, the agent Stephano was able to sort us an alternative accommodation for the night. It was inconvenient but good. On the second day when we arrived at the home we had booked, it was fantastic. We can only say that the photos do not do it justice! You sit on the patio and overlook the fantastic view of the sea and beaches, wow! We sat on the patio early in the morning for breakfast and then in the late afternoon and evening. Thank you. People in the area were very friendly the small supermarkets were good. But if you like fresh meat to cook you have to travel a distance. Visit the mirage restaurant the food is fantastic and the service is the same. Would I go again, of course, would I recommend it of course you will be looked after! Thank you 10/10.
