"Situated in a good location, quiet, safe, very near to all transport hubs, trams, busses, metro and one of the three airport bus stops. Front of house staff are really friendly, smart, efficient and helpful, in my opinion, the hotels main assets. Enjoyed our stay and have rebooked to go again. "

Very clean and modern bedrooms and the atrium/reception area were stunning, retaining the feel of the original Haggenmacher Palace.The baggage locker facilities were very useful after check out allowing us to venture out for a full day in the City before an evening flight back home.
