"Lovely hotel, great rooms with comfortable beds with all the facilities needed. Room was a bit warm and struggled to keep it cool. Staff were very friendly at reception and in the bar. Would definitely use again"

"Grand hotel with impressive common spaces and a superb bar in the original vault (make sure you get a reservation even for cocktails) Rooms were decent size and well appointed. Breakfast excellent Only point of warning is the spa (which is very nice) is quite small and therefore difficult to use at busy times. Maybe try a different hotel if this is your main requirement as you could be disappointed Hotel is well located close to the old town and also near shopping areas and most of the tourist sites "
