Pas très Bien chez soi
Description du bien qui ne reflète pas vraiment la réalité. Maison pas jolie (toiture en très mauvais état, joints "ciment" sur façades, auvent horrible, carrelage horrible devant la maison). Espace extérieur moyennement entretenu + manque certains accessoires essentiels pour en profiter. Intérieur pas très propre. Canalisations très bruyantes (incompréhensible). Pas bon rapport qualité/prix. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
