"The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. I cannot say enough about the three young ladies at the front desk! We needed to ship some items back to the states and they went above and beyond to assist us this is! They found boxes for us, created shipping labels and communicated with the post office to make sure everything was correct. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the lake shore shopping area where you find restaurants, shops and the water ferry. Beautiful area to visit and I hope to return some day."

"Easy access to bus for day trip to Verona Staff was extremely helpful and friendly No AC if you go after sept 30 but that seemed to be the case in all our Northern italy stays. Window open was fine as it is not noisy. Overall, a good day we were only going to be there one night but opted to stay a second night because everything was so convenient."

"We have been driving all over Europe for 4 weeks and this is one of the Best places we have stayed. Clean great staff n the hotel is like an art museum. I did not use any of the pools but they are beautiful and heated. The restaurant is incredible ! Breakfast as well. The area is gorgeous. I would stay here whenever I could and Highly recommend it!!!!!"
