"It was a good place to stay at but rooms allow noise to interrupt a good sleep. After a tiring walk at El Camino, I just wanted to take a shower and sleep, but it was difficult because of the crowd. There were some issues with our Expedia reservation that couldn't be found, but after all they resolved and were very supportive. They are located a bit far from El Camino, so you'll need to pay a round trip taxi when you come and leave ($6-10 Euros). "

We stayed at this place while walking El Camino de Santiago. It was an awesome break after walking from Palas de Rei to Arzua, which was a long walk, so we didn’t have the power to keep walking until getting the this property. "It is only really accessible if you have your own transport,because it is off the main road,down a country lane and a fair distance from Santiago de Compostela ,but my satnav got me there,no problem and I was given good advice as to how get to SdC and find parking. It is a lovely country house/converted farm in huge gardens.The room was very good and breakfast was included in the price,which was cheap considering the quality of the place. "

"Perfectly refurbished and great service...outstanding location and design. Only thing that can be improved is internet signal in room. Highly recommended"

"This is a truly lovely place to stay. I only wish we could have more time. Sue, Kim and their staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. "This was perfect home to stay Santiago! Very new and clean, what ever you needed at home here has everything even very new. Bed was clean and comfortable, clean and tidy interior. They have a washer and dryer in the building free to use. It was very nice after long walk to Camino. Highly recommended! "

"Well located property just steps from the Cathedral. The apartment was clean and attractive. Nicely decorated with lots of windows with shutters worked well for both security and room darkening. Kitchen is a little minimalist but functional for breakfast and simple meals. Super clean and spacious bathroom. Comfortable 4 night stay."

"Our stay at Hotel Plaza Obradoiro was amazing. Lovely hotel in a really desirable location. Quiet and comfortable. The best thing about the hotel is the staff at the front desk. Natalia and Sandra are super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They are the heart of the hotel and we really appreciated them."

lovely location, beautfully appointed

"what a charming hotel. five stars in every category except one- which they are aware of and inform you of in advance. Since the hotel is in a pedestrian only section of town you've got to park the cxar and carry your bags. Not a terrible thing. Yet- on this same trip we encountered a similar situation in Porto only this hotel would send someone to meet you and bring in your bags. The Rua Vilar might think about it. Everything else is exceptional and the luggage lugging didn't dampen our spirits. Putting it in perspective a lot of folks come to this town after hiking for days or weeks on the Caminho de Capistrano so maybe this is intentional."
