This beautiful house of 52 m² with a backyard and access to the residence's equipment, consists of :

- one bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- one bedroom with two single beds,
- two bathrooms including one with a tub and one with a shower,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and hotplates),
- washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment and vacuum,
- TV, Wifi,
- parking space is available within the residence,
- access to the residence's swimming pools, jacuzzi and hamam (open from 15/05 to 15/09) and pétanque terrain.

## Neighborhood

Located just a few minutes away from Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, the main town of the Ile d'Oléron by bike or car. In the town centre, you can stroll through its pedestrian streets and discover its weekly markets, its many shops, its cinema and its museum. History lovers can reach the Château de Bonnemie in the town centre in a 30 minutes bike ride, and the famous Lanterne des Morts at a 9 minutes' drive. In 10 minutes by car, you can reach the charming port of Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, La Cotinière. Thanks to the nearby bicycle rental, you can easily explore the whole region by bike and leave your car in the car park in front of the accommodation.
