"We enjoyed our stay. Clean, spacious apartment, separate bedrooms with darkening blinds. Great location so close to the transportation, airport express bus, train station, grocery, restaurants. Walking distance to all the major points of interest. Keyless entry is very convenient. Full kitchen with a dining area. Left a few suggestions to the management on some cosmetic improvements but overall - no issues. Highly recommending!"

"Heart beat of Edinburgh. Perfect Walking distance to everything you want to see. We didn’t bring a vehicle but took the tram from the airport and it was very convenient. An earlier check in would have been helpful as the shared storage for temporary luggage was not ideal but this was only a minor inconvenience and check in was otherwise very prompt and seamless."

I liked this property overall but the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, the floor of the shower stall is a slipping hazard, and they could have been more upfront about the parking. Which, for the record, you have to areange through a separate company."

"We had a nice stay at Royal Princes Suites. Pros: the little kitchenette was great and fully equipped, the room was clean, shower water pressure was fantastic, and check in was super easy. Cons: the shower was very short; both of my friends had to sit in the bathtub because they couldn’t stand up straight, and I barely fit at 5’4. Also, the carpet on the stairs had thin stripes that were disorienting/vertigo-inducing. Overall, I would recommend staying here. "

"Just a stellar property and the location can't be beat. The place is right by the castle, clean and spacious. It's way up on the fourth floor, and you can hear bagpipes drifting through the window - it is really an experience you don't want to miss. I should note the shower is tricky to adjust, and the fourth floor walk-up was a bit tiring after a day of sight seeing, but that doesn't change my review, just something to note if you have any mobility issues."

"The location is absolutely fantastic - right in the middle of everything. The place isn’t fancy but the beds and linens are comfortable and it has everything you need. We felt very safe. And for those of used to such things the shower is great! I definitely recommend staying here - but note that it is a fourth floor walk up with 17 steps per flight so might not be a great choice for those with mobility issues. "

"This property was perfect. The washer and dryer was small and did take a long time but it was much appreciated after traveling for a week. The location was perfect you could see Edinburgh castle right outside the window. We would definitely stay here again. At night you could hear passerbyers talking but it wasn’t too bad, my husband and I didn’t have any issues sleeping,"
