"The location was great, walking distance to everything. The property is clean but little bit old, and we had an incident with one of the rooms that we booked plus the terrible communication between us and the staff that made us really unhappy. Also the bed is too small."

"Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."

"We were reloacated to hilton as our accommodation was not available. The staff were very helpful and kind after all our inconvenience we had been through ! Savia we so helpful full of live enthusiastic and kind. Her service was perfect..."

"Property was really big and nice. Shower in upstairs bath did have broken handle but could still use. "

"We had a nice stay at Royal Princes Suites. Pros: the little kitchenette was great and fully equipped, the room was clean, shower water pressure was fantastic, and check in was super easy. Cons: the shower was very short; both of my friends had to sit in the bathtub because they couldn’t stand up straight, and I barely fit at 5’4. Also, the carpet on the stairs had thin stripes that were disorienting/vertigo-inducing. Overall, I would recommend staying here. "

"My husband and I, along with our three children (14,12,9) stayed here for four nights as we exlpored Ediburgh. It's a lot of walking and up-hill to the castle (Royal Mile) but you can't beat the location. Flat offered a warm place to sleep with comfy beds and hot water. It was nothing fancy but just what we needed. "

"Extremely conveniently located in the city for reaching all the nearby museums, galleries, Calton Hill etc and 5 minutes walk from Waverley Station. Apartment is gorgeous, has everything you need for a short stay and was very comfortable. Excellent!"

"Hosts were very kind and accommodating- they allowed me to check in early which was really helpful. The flat is very clean and bright, all essentials are provided for. The area is nice and easy walking distance to old town and the university. The only slight issue was the checkout time, it was listed as 11 on Vrbo, but apparently it was 10, so the cleaner arrived at 10 and told us to leave, unexpectedly. I think it was just a slight mistake on what was posted on the checkout instructions, and...

Lovely experience at Point A Hotels.

"Very lovely, modern and new hotel. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, from the lobby, to the lifts, to the rooms themselves. The rooms were a little on the small side but we were fine with it. The location was perfect too, and everything is within walking distance. Other than to get to and from the airport, we didn’t need to take public transport at all. "

"I cannot fault this property at all. We went as a family of four. From check in to check out, everything was flawless. Our family room with a view over the castle was very clean and comfortable and so was the bathroom. We had drinks and dinner at the restaurant one evening and Martin was very attentive. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Edinburgh. "

"Excellent value for location and amenities. About a 10 min walk from Waverley and key sites, nestled between Castle and university yet still quiet at night (I would enthusiastically recommend for families visiting the university). Room was large and had both a bath and a separate shower, as well as a fridge and kettle. Decor was fresh, good quality bedding. Pool and sauna are at larger sister hotel, but gaining access was straightforward. Reception and housekeeping staff at both hotels were absolutely lovely."
